Aufgaben

• Ensure the quality and professionalism of the medical and non-medical air transportation capabilities for our clients, out of EMEA & CIS Regional Flight Desk
• Support the Frankfurt Alarm Center Operational Management in any Air Ambulance related questions and be a point of escalation to provide expert advice and specialist direction in complex air operator issues or technical challenges
• Constantly improve the EMEA & CIS Regional Flight Desk related functional processes, internally and externally
• Maintain the relationship between aviation providers in the region
• Develop a network of aviation assets that support our medical and security evacuation requirements
• Provide the aviation expertise and support to our crisis response teams

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master degree or comparable with 10+ years of experience within the commercial aviation industry, e.g. in dealing with aviation operators, air ambulance providers or similar; experience in management positions preferred
• Very good communicator who feels comfortable to work in matrix-structured organizations
• Operationally Hands-on with a strong sense of urgency, and willing to “roll sleeves up.”
• IT tools & system affinity, Business acumen, experience with project management, business process improvement means & tools a benefit
• Very good tolerance to working under stress
• Able to work in a multicultural environment and excellent spoken English and German, French a benefit
• Willingness to work On-Call 24/7 on a regular basis, moderate travel abroad
